About
Chris Chang founded US Bankcard Services, Inc. (USBS) in 1996 and served as President and CEO. He is also the founder and CEO of Global Lease Corp and sure3 tek Inc.
With more than 20 years of experience in the payment industry in the United States, Chris Chang led USBS's business growth and continued to explore new market segments. As a result, USBS's business continued to rank among the top three Elavon Merchant Service Providers (MSP) since 2005.
Elavon is one of the leading U.S. credit card processors and is 100% owned by U.S. Bank, the seventh largest bank in the United States. Elavon/ U.S. Bank acquired USBSI in late 2017, the company’s only M&A deal in the U.S. in nine years, showing its affirmation and emphasis on USBS's business.
Through the acquisition by Elavon/ U.S. Bank, Chris Chang hopes that its leadership team will take USBS's business to the next level and provide employees with a better working environment. Following the acquisition, Chris Chang retired from USBS’s management team.
